Description: (english) elena's stress test exam continues in this video. the med team helps her off the bike, places an o2 mask, checks her bp and listens her heart with a steth. elena feels flustered and gasps for air. suddenly her eyes roll back and she falls to the floor. after few deep and irregular breaths the small med team reacts. the manual defibrillator is charged but there is no response following the first cycle. the doctor starts cpr immediately with deep and strong chest compressions, as her assistant ambu bags her. following a few more cycle they try again to defibrillate with no response. the doctor switches to the resqcpr pump and performs deep and strong chest compressions. they perform a few more cycles of cpr, ambu bagging and defibs when finally the patient's pulse returns to normal sinus rhythm. a nice stress test-resus clip featuring sporty elena. 12 lead ecg, bp check, steth, o2 mask, ecg monitor, symptoms, cpr with deep and strong chest compressions, resqcpr pump, defib, ambu bagging. for all resus fans.
