caught my foot on a log m

Description: Walking through a forest grove, i saw a stranger and started running with all my might, not seeing a log lying in the middle of the path, i cling to it and twist my left leg, grabbing my leg i feel pain, crawling on all fours i crawl to a stump to get up and sit down, how can i get out now if i twisted my leg, i can’t walk, pain shoots in my leg.
