Slop-Mex Stuffing

Description: I'm paying tribute to one of my all-time favorite feasts: a gloriously sloppy, restaurant-style pile of tex-mex classics.everything here is home-cooked by me. dangerously cheesy and saucy enchiladas, soupy refried beans, fluffy spanish rice, and a side of chips and guacamole. i'm washing it all down with an ice-cold rainbow of jarritos soda- pineapple, mandarin and fruit punch.i'm celebrating cinco de mayo right. and i'm ready to demolish this plate. watch me get messy: crunching, lip smacking, burping and laughing hysterically at- nothing in particular. and the whole time, i can't keep my hands off my swelling, over-stuffed belly. i'm rubbing, squeezing and cradling it as it grows rounder and tighter with every heaping forkful.by the end, i'm fully blissed-out, sauce smeared, bloated and stuffed. this is tex-mex at is sloppiest.
