Cold morning, Cold start

Description: I enter the vw voyage and the first thing i do is take off my shoes and get ready to the barefoot battle.i turn the key while pumping the gas pedal with my bare feet, but the stubborn car doesn't want to start in this cold morning.i need to make it start so i insist and finally it comes to life, i revv to keep it running and it stalls...the exhaust is spitting liquid and smoke, the carburetor is popping, the engine is rough and it smelling gas.i left it on and go to the opala hoping it will be easier this time.the opala starts quickly today, but i think it likes to embarrass me on the street, i can't move without it stalling, it's so embarrassing.then i decided to go back home to avoid more problems.
