Flip Flops Cold Start

Description: The engine is cold and i know what is comingi spin the key and pump the pedal to help the opala runs, but it's tough.after a fight the engine starts, but very rough. i revv it to see if it helps, but seems worse. it stalls again and again.i took my shoes of and start playing with the acelerator pedal as the engine warms up.
