record holding breath

Description: Today i made my first record for holding my breath underwater ! at first the duration of my dives was 1 minute, then the duration began to increase after i learned how to hold my breath. and my longest dive of 1 minute 47 seconds, you can see how at the end when the air ends my lungs begin to compress creating pressure and releasing air ! and how the whole chest diaphragm works !
