Prisoner's Reward

Description: Prisoner heavy is taking part in a new initiative at the prison for those who demonstrate good behavior. for doing so, once a week he is locked up in a cell so he can't harm anyone. then, a volunteer (whom the prisoner has no say in) from the local community is granted access to come use him for as long as he or she wants. this week, it was elise's turn and she took full advantage. from the looks of it, i think she'll be a regular around here.
