Description: Wow that was a good workout! those treadmill intervals really kicked my butt! i need to get out of these clothes. what is that noise? there must be a fly in here somewhere. hmmm i don't see anything. maybe i am just hearing things. i wonder if my butt is getting bigger from all these workouts? there it is again! that buzzing noise! hmmm so weird. oh well i need to stretch. i still hear it! it's starting to drive me crazy! why do i feel ticklish all over? i think i need to go lie down.
