Farting and liquid decomposition in my neighbor's toilet

Description: I'm at my neighbor's house. he invited me over for chocolate chip cookies and a glass of cold milk. we were having a great time until i started feeling sick, with pains and cramps in my stomach. i rush to the bathroom without thinking, i really feel sick, my stomach is making strange noises. omg! i hope my neighbor doesn't hear me!!!! they are very loud farts, and stinky liquid is coming out of my butt. this is very noisy, but i'm more concerned about the nauseating smell in here.
