Rene Tested

Description: Well rene has been skipping gym and is not really showing that he is sorry about it. so this is a clip with a difference. first off he has to complete a set of  exercises to get him working again. press up and crunchies and this really getts him puffing and blowing. then when he thinks all is ok he has to bend for a paddling. this is the punchline to the training session and hopefully he will remember it and get back to regular gym visits.
