New Found magic used for Freeze on Evangeline

Description: Caroline pierce is siting with roommate evangeline von winter when she receives her magic wand from magic school. caroline took several courses in magic and recently graduated and is happy to get her wand at long last.   evangeline is skeptical and rolls her eyes and makes fun of caroline which is when caroline freezes eve using her wand. next she removes her clothes and poses her, then she uses her wand to transform eve into a mannequin for her clothes. she then makes eve pose in several ways before the wand stops working. caroline takes a look at the wand which is when she is hit with a magic bolt freezing her as well.
