Evangeline getting trapped in a box

Description: Evangeline comes home aon a rainy day and is bored. she finds a box with a hole in it and a message that reads: "insert foot to receive pleasure"   she does this because shes bored and suddenly, magically, she is washed with orgasmic feelings. the pleasure is cut short and when she tries to get her foot out she finds that her foot is trapped in the box. she struggles to get free and tries to pry the box loose but to no avail.
