The Opala Submits to My Feet

Description: When my cars sit for too long without running, i like to start them up and give them some throttle to keep the engine healthy. it had been a while since i last took the opala out, so i decided to let the engine warm up properly. i get into the car wearing my favorite flip flops, my toenails natural with no polish at all. it resists a little at first, and once it starts, it keeps cutting out. the engine sounds rough and raw, but i stay on the gas, controlling it until it slowly begins to smooth out. halfway through, i kick off my flip flops and keep accelerating barefoot, feeling every response through the pedal as i take full control. the engine warms up more and more as i push it exactly the way i want. suddenly i notice the neighbors watching me, but that does not intimidate me at all. if anything, it makes me press harder, revving with confidence until the engine is fully warm and obedient.
