Walking in Sneakers and High Heels

Description: I start slow with sneakers on the cold floor, soft steps, pulling you in before you even notice. then i stop and slip them off, white socks brushing the floor for a second too long. then high heels go on, the rhythm changes and it's sharper now. i walk away without looking back, leaving the sneakers behind. i’m gone and you’re left alone with them, staring, replaying, pretending you’re fine... while the denial quietly kicks in!
