Scratching the soles of my feet when I first wake up (7)

Description: I keep waking up and i'm still walking around in my night clothes which, although comfortable, are very sensual and with them i sit in my favorite chair to sunbathe in the morning and leave my feet free for a while, however, when i'm distracted i feel itchy feet so i subtly start scratching but the itching doesn't stop and every second it increases so i also increase the desire with which i scratch and using my fingernails i scratch the soles of my feet in an attempt to reduce so much itching
