Description: I never thought about how dangerous smoking is for the heart because i am someone who has had lung problems all my life and i totally expected that smokers would end up with lung cancer. someone very near and dear to me recently had a heart attack because he has been a heavy smoker for many years and it affected me more than i could have ever imagined. i honestly share with you how i felt then and now and what i learned in the conversation with the cardiologist and how it affects my smoking and my dark side.
