Protein CLOG, excruciating pain of emptying

Description: Four days without a toilet visit, i'm eating a lot of protein, i'm on a diet. the thing i feared most has happened. the protein has clogged me. inside me is a massive pile of brownies. the process of emptying begins, i feel a searing pain; my hemorrhoids are gigantic. i feel sweat pouring down my back as i exert enormous power through my anus. i feel and hear the release of one block after another. it's supposed to be a relief to be empty, but the process itself is unbearable.
