Lilly and her granny biceps

Description: Lilly gets her biceps pumped up working the bands, then moves to the windowsill where she shows off what she has learned about flexing, supinating, making her biceps contract.  she smiles proudly.  then a little lipstick, making her pretty granny face prettier. finally she gets on the stretch band, showing powerful deltoids.  they are hard, as the videographer can attest.
