consequences of taking pills

Description: I was completely immersed in working on my laptop, and i forgot to take the diet pills my doctor prescribed. the bottles weren't labeled, even by color. but which ones should i take? i took the pills at random, and after a couple of minutes, i realized something was wrong. my stomach started hurting, and then i started having colic. my stomach started to swell and i felt like it was about to explode. in literally a second, my stomach and breasts were so distended that i felt like a fat cow. this shouldn't have happened to me. how could this happen? it's hard to get up and walk. my stomach is pulling me to the floor. i can barely get up. i need to keep working, but how? i can't. my body won't fit in the chair. i can hardly reach the papers. i try to get up, and then i fall to the floor and realize that no one will help me get up. how can i explain all this to my boss?
