Workout & thinned incident in the toilet

Description: During training, something unexpected and sudden happens. i clench my buttocks because i feel something about to go out. i run to the toilet and start emptying. a thin, watery mess shoots into the toilet at incredible speed. i'm surprised and shocked by how much there is. once i've got the situation under control, i return to training.
