Trying to keep a foot tickling vampire distracted until sun rise. My laughter is supposed to act like a spellbind, but it doesn't work on him.

Description: A witch who has been contracted to find a way to either destroy the now vampire or capture him. i contact the vampire and meet up. i put my feet in front of him while wearing sandals. i am trying to trick him into believing that we are on the same side, and keep him distracted until the sun rises. he sees my feet in sandals and sneaks some tickles in. i know that my laughter acts as a spellbind, but he doesn't seem to be affected. then, he takes my sandals off and ties my ankles together and starts intensely tickling my feet. what i forgot is that as a vampire, spellbind does not work on him. and now, he's become over some with tickle lust and is determined to tickle me.
