Lumps falling into the toilet

Description: Yesterday at the restaurant everything was fine, it was a wonderful evening and a wonderful dinner, not to mention this morning. i woke up, washed my face, and even drank coffee, but my stomach started making noises and i felt something gurgling in my stomach. i quickly ran to the toilet, and large lumps fell into the bowl. i also peed a lot. i did this until my stomach cleared and i felt relief.
