Description:       serene is the president of her hoa and has had to contend with an unruly homeowner who keeps breaking the hoa rules and regulations.  the time has come to where serene has given this homeowner enough second chances and has fined him.       the homeowner comes over to serene's house to discuss the matter and hopefully talk serene out of fining him.  he gives serene his side of the story but she quickly shoots him down and retorts all of the rules he has been breaking.  serene goes on to tell the lowly homeowner that "due to the sheer volume of rules" he has been breaking that she feels she has no choice but to enforce the fines and make him pay.        there was something about when serene said "the sheer volume of rules he has been breaking" that then caused the lowly homeowner to "snap"!!   before you can say tightly bound up, panty gagged, and pantyhose encased our lovely hoa president miss serene isley finds herself just that, in a "sheer predicatment!
