Trixie arrested by Officer Victoria part #3

Description: Officer victoria puts trixie in transport restraints including cuff inserts to make them smaller for her wrist.  she takes her to a jail cell and interviews her taking notes.  she leaves, but forgets her pen which trixie takes apart and uses to pick her handcuffs and then she hides in the corner waiting for victoria.  when victoria comes back trixie surprises her and cuffs her to a pipe and escapes.  officer victoria gets her radio out to call for help, but she forgot to charge it and the battery is to weak to make the radio call.
