Description: The haunted maze makeover is a darkly playful halloween tale of transformation and retribution. michael rivers, a 28-year-old seasonal scare actor at willow creek’s haunted corn maze, spends his nights jumping out of the corn dressed as a scarecrow. but this halloween, his night takes a shocking turn when his boss vanessa the witch summons him to the storage shed for a “special role.” inside, vanessa and three fellow actresses—lisa the vampire, sarah the zombie, and emily the ghost—ambush michael with handcuffs and a cruel plan. the women are fed up with his smug attitude, patronizing comments, and sense of invulnerability. with laughter and threats of blackmail, they strip away his masculine identity and transform him into “michelle,” a sultry sorceress meant to entertain guests in the maze.
