Stuff, tape, repeat.

Description: Using my purple bandana i stuff it into my mouth. i then seal my mouth shut with a few strips of tape. i then proceed to get another strip to seal off my air intake over my nose. i try to leave it on as long as possible before ripping it off and proceeding to repeat stuffing and sealing.
