Hemorrhoidal disease, constant splashing wmv

Description: My hemorrhoids are incredibly painful, gigantic, and i need to get rid of a backlog of cookies. it's incredibly painful, and what's worse, there are so many of them. i haven't been to the bathroom in three days; i waited because i was afraid of the pain. but it came anyway. my anus feels like it's tearing every time a large lump comes out. i finally put a rectal suppository, though i'm afraid it won't help much.
