Interns Shrinking Punishment

Description: You're the new male intern at my company. for the most part, i only hire women, so the situation is a little strange. you start work and notice that your coworkers look down on you, they report you for any little mistake, and you get sent to my office. what follows is a most bizarre form of punishment. no written warnings or suspensions here, when you fuck up, you are shrunk down to an inch tall by the boss - and then she gives you weird and cruel tasks to perform.  each day you mess up, and each day your punishment gets worse and worse. you are put back to your regular size after your punishments, then shrunk again when you screw up once more. but your punishments last longer each time, and eventually, your boss decides she likes you better this way, and keeps you captive as her tiny slave!
