attempt to walk in heels

Description: I'm getting ready for a meeting and need to try on my old shoes that i haven't worn in a while. my attempt at walking resulted in a sprained ankle. what should i do? i need a bandage and try walking again with my foot bandaged. guests are waiting for me. after bandaging my foot, i try walking in heels again, but i fall again, and this time the pain is severe. the meeting is canceled, i'm not going anywhere, i sprained my ankle.
