ROOT CANAL Tooth #46: I show you my Endodontics Referral Form. I did not know how teeth were counted! (oct 6 2025)

Description: See my endodontics referral form from my dentist ???? admittedly at first i was a bit confused about how teeth are numbered. when i first read my dentist's notes and saw #46 as the tooth needing the root canal i was very confused! the first thing that came to my mind was along the lines of, "i thought we humans have around 32 teeth not something crazy like 50"...but as it turns out the numbering system for teeth works a bit different: the mouth is divided into 4 quadrants and teeth are counted out from the centre dividing line of the mouth with the molars being last. i plan on going to my endodontist and getting my root canal done this week, likely before october 10th! just waiting for my check to clear my bank account so i can pay the bill! i need that root canal done asap though as i do not want to lose my teeth! the tooth i need a root canal done on is tooth number 46. that's the lower right quadrant and 6 teeth out from the centre! if you are into odontophilia this might just be the clip for you! my teeth were otherwise perfect up until i chipped #46 on a frozen chocolate chip cookie - that is why i need the root canal done!!  additional tags: buccalagnia, saliva, dental consultation, crown, periodontitis, mucus, calculus, plaque, bite wings, dental x-ray, dentures, partial denture
