Pure tobacco + 100s cigarette - Lots of coughing

Description: Tonight my lungs are craving more nicotine, so i decide to start with a cigarette i rolled myself from pure tobacco. i smoke it, take a few drags, cough a lot, and feel dizzy. so i decide to put it out and light a long 100s cigarette. i continue coughing a lot and end up spitting up a phlegm that almost chokes me.
