Huge monster in my belly

Description: A huge monster has formed in my belly, expanding in all directions. the skin on my belly is so tight i'm afraid it's going to burst. when i empty my stomach, i feel my internal organs fall back into place. the powerful blocks fall one by one into the toilet. loud splashes are heard and i see my stomach slowly returning to normal. when i fart, putrid gases come out of me, there is a terrible stench. however, i see that my stomach is flat and not bloated.
