Description: You wanted to get a little botox so you bought a groupon to a new medspa and went in for your consultation. walking in the door, the first thing you saw was the injector and the nightmare someone had done to her face. no doubt a miami bogo situation, and wanted no part of it. but, you were already there and she seemed nice, you didn't want to be rude so you sat down to at least see what she had to say.  she draws a sketch and circles the areas she believes you need work. first, she aggressively critiques your nose and the little bump you have on top. you try to explain to her it's part of the human sinus cavity and serves a purpose but she will have none of it, telling you that your nose is ugly.  she then draws circles where she would like to make modifications. she wants to chop the tip of your nose off making your nostrils extremely prominent, and wants to use fillers and implants to give you a lord farquaad chin. she keeps saying "snatched jaw, snatched jaw" over and over.  before you can politely decline her services she gives you a local that works very well. no scheduling, no prep, she's going to work. with a hammer and a chisel she starts busting away the bone in your once perfect nose and injecting you with huge vials full of filler.  she's transforming you into a monster just like her and there's no escape.
