September 2025 Weigh In and Measurements

Description: Includes: weigh in, body measurements, fat chat/weight gain talk, fat play/fat jiggling new month, new weigh in! time to check in and see the damage this last month of over indulging has done to my waistline! first, i hop on the scale to get an updated weight, then i sit down to get new measurements from neck to thigh! after i've updated all my measurements, i compare body stat numbers (bmi, fat percentage, visceral fat, etc), and talk about the plans i have for super charging gains in october!
