Description: I'm on call at work, my first surgery is scheduled today, and i can't leave the house or get up from the toilet. i'm terribly late, my boss calls me, he hears everything, and he yells at me to be at work immediately. i call a colleague, he understands, but he also rushes me. and i'm pouring massive chunks into the toilet with no end in sight.
