Description: In russian schools’ blows is a different wind than here. cold, rough and without love. especially the latter has no place in these venerable halls of wisdom and … above all halls of humiliation. discipline and order still prevail and there are means of always maintaining this condition. rituals and approaches of modern pedagogy play no role here, they are just laughed at. any attempt at modern education without beatings is dismissed here as balderdash. but why should one simply exchange traditions that have been tried and tested for decades? from our elle mira's point of view, this makes absolutely no sense and we don't want to disagree for reasons of punishment. not that it gets us too. russian detention with elle mira always means "wood" and "leather." very traditional. we are sure that discipline and order will return after this detention session. with every smack on the bare butt comes the realization that in the past...or at least in russian classrooms, everything was harder. an that means better when we keep a look at our jewels!
