Smoke clouds with Marlboro Red - some coughs

Description: This is my first cigarette of the day. i woke up in my room, but i looked next to me and the cigarette i was smoking yesterday was gone. i came to the living room and found a marlboro red. as usual every morning, a few coughs come. i don't think i would feel like myself if these coughs disappeared; i love them! dense clouds of smoke form in this room this morning
