Crippling Cramps

Description: The pain is overwhelming. my hands are tied tightly behind my back, leaving me completely helpless while the menstrual cramps tear through my belly. i curl up into a fetal position, trying to find even a little relief, but the sharp, unbearable waves of pain keep coming. i press my aching stomach against the edge of the chair, then the couch, desperate to soothe the intense cramps, but nothing helps. all i can do is writhe, moan, and endure as my body twists with agony, unable to fight the pressure building inside me. you see every movement, every tremor, every expression of suffering as i struggle with the relentless pain.
