Cop age regression controller

Description: A cop gets called to investigate a noise complaint. some strange sounds have been reported and people seeing strange devices being used. the cop gets zapped by an age regression controller. his body and mind with each zap changes. from normal to, immobilised, sucking his thumb, a pacifier and into diapers. by the end of it the cop is babbling and half pronouncing words.
