breath hold instructions

Description: Splitscreen film of rosie instructing you to hold your breath while simultaniously holding her breath underwater in the bathtub. you will have to hold your breath for: –30sec–1min–1:30min–2min–2:30min–3min–3:30min–4:00min oh yeah and we mixed some random exhaled breath holds in between to make it even more difficult ;)
