Kickstart the day with me as i put in the morning work to earn that athletic, all-day energy (and maybe tease you a little along the way). this session is all about pushing limits:push-ups with 5lb resistance – 2 sets, 25 reps goal, second set to the edge. weighted sit-ups – 1 set of 20. side plank dips – 2 sets of 6 with weight. bicep curls with a twist – 15lb dumbbell, one arm curling while the other holds in a flex.i’m chasing discipline, strength, and a physique that makes you look twice… so you’ll want to see even more on my other pages. join me for the grind, stay for the view.
