Breath Hold Training in Pool - MP4

Description: Here’s my second go at trying to hold my breath underwater for as long as i can… and well, it did not go to plan haha! i just can’t seem to keep myself under and end up flailing around trying to paddle down, using way too much energy. but honestly, that’s part of the charm – it turned out super silly and you might enjoy watching me struggle with it! since filming, i’ve picked up some dive weights and a proper belt to help me stay down more easily. i’ve also got a breath-hold lesson lined up with a free diver friend (yes, i’ll film that too!) – so my future underwater clips should be much more impressive. this is all part of my warm-up for some underwater peril content i have planned, so think of this as a behind-the-scenes moment! i hope this brings a smile to your face and maybe warms you up a little on a chilly day!
