Stomach Won’t Stop Growling with Pain while at work

Description: I had a pretty bad stomachache at work today, and on top of that, my belly just wouldn’t stop making noise. seriously, it kept growling nonstop during meetings and quiet moments. i was trying so hard to sit still and act normal, but the sounds were super loud — like deep gurgling and weird rumbling noises. i kept pressing on my stomach and adjusting my posture, hoping it would settle down, but nope. it was honestly kind of embarrassing. you can hear the sounds clearly in the video… it was a rough day.
