Farting after workout - Loud Farting

Description: For some strange reasons, every time i finish working out, i end up extremely bloated and i need to release all the flatulences i have inside me. i don’t understand why, but my farts are so loud and smelly. i hope my neighbors don’t hear me fart, that would be so embarrassing
