Speech Interrupted

Description: Celeste and quinn head to city hall to give a protest speech but things go off the rails fast. a surprise pantsing in the middle of the speech kicks off a chaotic war of wedgies, spankings, and stripping right in front of the council. just when they think it can’t get worse, a pov officer arrives to book them both for causing a scene.
