Naughty Co2 Table Apnea Training

Description: This was another custom request! a super fun and naughty spin on a classic co2 table training session. a co2 table is a common training program for freedivers where your recovery time gets shorter after each breathhold, while each breathhold stays the same. for this one, i did 1 minute 45 seconds breathholds with diminishing recovery time in between, starting at 1 minute 30 seconds and ending at 15 seconds. to up the challenge even more, i tried to complete little tasks while holding my breath, like touching myself, rubbing lotion on before running out of air, kicking my huge fins, and finally giving myself an orgasm as a little treat on my last and hardest breathhold. this video is unedited so you can do the whole table along with me!
