My first cigarette of the day - with my usual coughs and spitting phlegm

Description: I just woke up, i'm a mess, still a little confused. i look for my lighter and find one that's on the end, i try to strike it but it doesn't make a fire, luckily i know a trick and finally manage to light it. i enjoy my marlboro red with my coughs and at one point i can't take it anymore and spit out the phlegm.
