Description: I totally overdid it. i ate and drank way too much - like, way past full - and now my belly feels huge and tight like a balloon. i couldn’t stop rubbing it, hoping it would settle down, but nope... i just kept burping and groaning. eventually, i had to lie down. i was so uncomfortable i actually drift off like that. when i woke up… the pain! my stomach was still so bloated and noisy, and now it hurt. i rushed to the bathroom, hoping i could just go and feel better... but no luck. i sat there straining, trying everything. rubbing my belly, shifting positions yet nothing was working. i was sweating, frustrated, and honestly just exhausted from the whole ordeal.
