Tempest discovers cool car in flip flops

Description: Tempest is walking back to the transit center and she discovers a cool car.  she knows she can only get so close when she flexes her muscular calves. she loves muscle cars and wishes she had heels or wedges. she pans up so you can see the car she' s referring to.
