Introducing my 1986 Renault 5 - HD

Description: Hi, my loves! it's been a while! i bought a 1986 renault 5. it's a car i've always dreamed of; i love old renaults! this renault is in incredibly sexy condition! the carburetor is very worn, very dirty. the ignition parts are also very worn and cracked and the seats don't have headrests and i like that a lot! the car has almost 300,000 kilometers on the odometer and is quite rusty. but i fell in love with it, and i hope you will too!   i bought it a week and a half ago, drove it to my parking lot, and since then, i haven't turned it on. today, i have to go to a restaurant, and i decide to take my old renault for the first time since buying it. i hope it starts quickly despite it's in very, very worn condition. i have already prepared myself to do several cranking attempts.   so the video starts with me holding the camera. i film my feet as i walk in my high heel mules to my car. then i introduce you to my new baby, i show you her in full. you will see her very worn condition during this sequence. then i get in the car, i pull the choke out (it's mandatory otherwise it will never start) and i pump the pedal 3 times to make it easier to start. then my cameraman takes over.   what follows is incredibly intense. my little renault 5 absolutely refuses to start for me for several long minutes before finally showing faint signs of life. pumping the pedal, don't pumping it, holding the pedal fully pressed for a while, putting the choke full out or disabling it completely, nothing changes. the car is extremely temperamental. i had no idea it would be so hard to start, my god!!!   sometimes i manage to start it and i press the pedal like crazy to keep it idling. a lot of black smoke comes out of the exhaust. a lot! and in the end if i stop pressing the gas pedal, the engine stalls. the carburetor is really in very bad shape!!   finally, after more than 20 incredible minutes, i finally manage to start the car and get it to idle! i can finally go to the restaurant. it's a good thing i left early. i hope i'll be able to restart it after the restaurant... maybe it's too much to leave my renault for more than a week without starting it. or maybe it starts like this all the time, even if i drive it every day...   to be continued.......
